Case Study: Holly

Holly is on a pension and was provided with an Indue Card without her knowledge or consent. She came to KCLS for assistance to get off the program. The problem was discovered to be an error on the Indue Office’s behalf, which needed to be fixed up.

KCLS advocated for Holly and contacted the Indue Program on her behalf, helped her to provide the required documents and ensured all appointments were made and attended as scheduled. Since the issue was sorted, Holly was a lot more confident managing her finances and using the Indue Card as intended.
